Supply Chain Manager

Unfortunately,  finding such options did not exist within the children’s optical market. Jonas Paul Eyewear also provides sight to those in need through its Buy Sight, Give Sight program, which has impacted over 934,702 children and families world-wide. 


Jonas Paul Eyewear is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who will work autonomously and lead operations across all areas of demand planning activities, procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution for multiple business units within the organization. 

The Supply Chain Manager will report to the Director of Supply Chain.


  • Forecasting and Data Analysis :
    • Gather customer sales and demand data across multiple internal and external data sources.  Interpret and analyze data  to determine optimal inventory levels
  • Inventory Procurement :
    •  Lead and manage monthly factory buys for assigned business units  to achieve financial sales and inventory goals. 
    • Negotiate best production dates to support customer demand and inventory requirements. Maintain delivery information on all open purchase orders from issuance to receipt. 
    • Manage, collaborate and communicate production shifts due to commercialization issues or sourcing changes. 
    • Continuously monitor market sell thru, inventory levels, booking, and shipping trends to direct necessary adjustments to factory purchase order dates.
  • Inventory Management : 
    • Leadership of the inventory planning functions, responsible for applying forecasts and planning optimal inventory levels to support customer demand and company profitability.  
    • Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by managing monthly and quarterly physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Logistics : 
    • Own and execute order booking,  tracking and all logistic operations of inbound import and outbound domestic purchase orders.  
    • Provide strategic and analytical support and decision making for transportation and international supply chain logistics.
  • Manage 3PL partnership : 
    •  Oversee the relationship with our 3PL to ensure timely and accurate demand fulfillment for major retail and distribution accounts.
    • Monitor  inbound shipments, outbound order fulfillment and information sharing whether internal or Portal-based inventory management. 
    • Ensure the 3PL meets and exceeds all order management KPIs such as, OTIF (On Time In Full), and Lead Time adherence. 
    •  Analyze, diagnose, and remediate disruptions in the 3PL business. Audit all 3PL partner invoices.
  • Develop, coordinate, implement, and manage all EDI-related integrations and developments.
  • Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all inventory and logistics operational issues.



  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain with focus on demand forecasting, sales analysis, and inventory management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to hit the ground running - a confident, self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects and tasks appropriately.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability necessary to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions.
  • Extremely organized, meticulous and detailed oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Understanding of supply chain/factory process.
  • Experience working with a 3PL and the ability to navigate on external supplier portals.
  • Experience in an EDI functioning role / EDI formats and functions.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of inventory math.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Technologically savvy, knowledge of excel, familiarity with google suite products.
