Warranty Policy Within 30 days of delivery date

Jonas Paul Eyewear will replace eyeglasses with manufacturer defects (ie warping, broken hinges after regular use, cracked acetate after regular use) within 30 days of customer delivery date.  If your child damages or breaks her or his glasses within 30 days of delivery date, we will provide a one-time replacement of the frames & lenses  (if Jonas Paul Eyewear fulfilled the prescription lenses) for a service fee of $12.99.  The prescription must be the same as the original order.  The Customer must show photo proof that the glasses have been damaged by emailing service@jonaspauleyewear.com Customer must email us a photo(s) to show proof that the frame and/or lenses has been damaged.

For shipping insurance reasons, Customer is responsible for shipping costs of your damaged glasses to us (for eyeglasses being submitted for warranty repairs).  We suggest using a shipping method with delivery confirmation as Jonas Paul Eyewear is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.  Please ship your return to us at : Jonas Paul Eyewear, 38 Fulton Street W, Suite 210, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
