How-To Find the Frame's Measurements
Understanding the sizing of our frames
We have designed our eyeglasses to fit most children from ages 4 - 12 years old.
There are two sizes available:
Small, which fit most children ages 4 - 7
(Most of our SMALL size frames measure around a 43 to 45mm lens, 15 bridge, 125 temple arm)
Large, which fit most children ages 8 - 12
(Most of our LARGE size frames measure around 46 to 48 mm lens, 16 bridge, 130 temple arm)
**But that doesn't mean to go off of these sizes / ages when ordering a frame. We recommend ordering our free home try-on’s so you can find the perfect frame for your little one!
**Please note: Our frames are designed to fit most 4+ year olds - however we do have some 2-3 year old toddlers that are big enough to wear our glasses. Our smallest size frame is our PAIGE/PAUL frame which measures at 43-15-125
So you are probably wondering what those numbers are on the inside of the temple arm.
Those are our frame's measurements and here is what you need to know!
The sizing of each frame is listed on the specific frame style page of our website so just scroll down and you'll see Small and Large sizes listed and their corresponding frame measurement sizing information.
On each product page, the frame measurements are listed as three numbers:
1. First number refers to the width of one lens in millimeters
2. Second number refers to the width of the bridge
3. Third number refers to the length of one of the temple arms.
For example : 48-16-130 means 48mm lens, 16mm bridge, 130mm temple arms
Most glasses (including all Jonas Paul Eyewear frames) have these numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm as well.
