We accept frame returns for store credit or exchanges, provided the frames are in good condition and not discontinued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All of our optical frames and sunglasses are available with custom pricing for wholesale accounts. Our accessories are available for purchase from wholesale accounts, but do not have custom pricing at this time.

We ask that wholesale partners using our portal pay via our website at the time of cart checkout. Net terms are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Orders within the United States can receive free shipping with the purchase greater than $100.00 wholesale.
Shipping will automatically be applied for orders not meeting this free-shipping minimum.

Jonas Paul will offer a limited manufacturer defect warranty for a full 12 months after consumer purchase. This policy is limited to manufacturer quality and defects. Issues that are lens-related, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, or improper use or storage of the product, modifications, and normal wear and tear is outside this policy.

For first time customers, we ask for an opening (minimum) order of 12 frames to ensure an impactful brand presentation on your boards. There is no minimum reorder quantity.

While we do not have international distributors at this time, we can ship directly to you from our office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. Shipping costs (DHL/USPS/Canada Post) as well as any associated taxes, duty, and brokerage fees will be each buyer’s responsibility.
Our team is able to help navigate any questions you may have and provide estimates of these costs in advance of purchase.

We see this as a strategic asset to our company, as we have the ability to quickly learn what the consumer wants and provide a more refined collection to our wholesale customers.
In today’s omnichannel world, there is proof of the importance of meeting the customer where they are and making it convenient for them to buy the products they desire. We have quickly become the top selling kids brand in some of our large national retail partners, which further proves this point.
We also need our wholesale partners to support customers desiring Jonas Paul and wanting to utilize their managed vision care plan. Our goal is to create a brand that customers trust and can conveniently purchase in your store, making a win-win for both of us!
Our Story
Little frames with a big sense of purpose
After our son Jonas was born with a rare sight disorder, we started looking for kids glasses that checked all the boxes: durable, affordable, and most importantly, made him feel great about himself. When we came up empty handed, we decided to create Jonas Paul Eyewear. What started out as our family’s search became an opportunity to impact families around the world with better eyewear for kids that made them feel awesome, inside and out.
