Jonas Paul Eyewear glasses are made of the highest quality material and paired with the highest quality lenses. While they were designed with kids in mind, they are not indestructible. We emphasize to our customers the importance of educating their children in taking special care of their eyewear, but also understand kids are kids and have a tendency to break things!

Make It Right 30-Day Warranty

At Jonas Paul Eyewear, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make things right.

Coverage: This policy applies to all of our eyewear, both prescription and non-prescription. We cover everything from manufacturer defects (like defective or broken spring hinges, warped or cracked frames) and lens issues (such as crazing or chipping, to scratched lenses and everyday accidents). Even if you just need a different size or color, we've got you covered.

Duration: You have 30 days from receiving your product to make a claim.

Process: Simply send us a photo of your eyewear to service@jonaspauleyewear.com and we will make it right and aim to keep your kiddo happy with a pair of Jonas Paul glasses in your hands.

Exclusions: Please note, this policy does not cover lost or stolen items.

JPE Care

If JPE Care was purchased with your glasses, Jonas Paul Eyewear will provide a one-time replacement of your glasses within one-year of purchase due to accidental breaks and everyday wear and tear (ie warping, broken hinges, cracked frames, damages, or scratched lenses). Note: this does not apply to lost or stolen glasses. The frame size, style, color, and prescription must be the same as the original order.

Price: $29.99 (at time of purchase)

Coverage Duration: Enjoy full coverage for 1 year, giving you peace of mind well beyond your purchase date. We include everything from scratched lenses to accidental damage.

Claims Process: If you need to use your JPE Care, just send us a photo to service@jonaspauleyewear.com of the damage. We'll replace your glasses with the same frame size, style, color, and prescription. No need to return the damaged pair unless needed for further processing.

Exclusions: Lost or stolen glasses are not covered under JPE Care.

Prescription Change Service

Children’s prescriptions can change quickly, sometimes faster than the frames do. If your child’s prescription changes within 12 weeks of your prescription exam date, we’re here to help.

Coverage: We offer one full remake of your eyewear if the prescription changes within 12 weeks.

Process: Provide us with the new prescription at service@jonaspauleyewear.com. We will make you a complete new pair of eyewear with your new RX and provide you with a prepaid return label for your original pair. Should the new prescription require a more expensive lens, you will only pay the difference. If the new prescription is less, we will issue a store credit for the original balance.

Exclusions: Complete pair of glasses needs to be purchased through JPE, and one remake per customer.
