• How does the See + Share referral program work?

  When you refer a friend to Jonas Paul Eyewear using your See + Share referral link, they’ll get 20% off their first eligible purchase of $49 or more. Once they make a qualifying purchase, you’ll receive $20 in store credit as a thank you!

• How do I find my See + Share referral link?

  Log into your Jonas Paul account and click the icon in the top right corner. Then select the"Referrals" tab, your unique link will be right there. Copy it and start sharing!

• What does my friend get when I refer them?

  Your friend will receive 20% off their purchase (minimum $49). Note: the discount doesn’t apply to Home Try-On Kits and only applies to eligible products.

• What do I get when I refer someone?

  You’ll earn $20 in store credit for every successful referral. A successful referral is when your friend places a qualifying order using your referral link. 

• How do I know if my friend made a purchase using my referral link?

  You’ll get an email notification once their purchase is confirmed. You can also keep tabs on your referrals and rewards anytime by logging into your account and checking your referral dashboard.

• How long does it take to receive my reward?

  Your store credit will be issued after a 45-day hold period, which allows time to account for any returns or cancellations.

• Can I refer someone who has already shopped with Jonas Paul before?

  Our See + Share referral program is just for new customers. You’ll only earn rewards when you refer someone who hasn’t made a purchase with us yet. 

• What if my friend forgot to use my referral link?

  To earn credit, your friend must use your unique referral link and the attached coupon code when making their first purchase. Unfortunately, we’re not able to apply referral rewards after the fact, so make sure they shop through your link from the start!

• Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

  There is currently no cap on how much you can earn.

• Does my referral link expire?

  Yes. Your See + Share referral link will expire 45 days after it’s clicked, so be sure your friend completes their purchase within that window.

• How long is my store credit valid?

  Once issued, your store credit is valid for 12 months.

• Can I refer more than one person?

  Absolutely! Share your See + Share referral link with as many people as you'd like.

• Does the See + Share referral discount apply to all products?

  No. The 20% discount is only valid on orders over $49 and does not apply to the Home Try-On Kit.

• Can I share my See + Share referral link anywhere I want?

  Feel free to share your link with friends, family, and your personal network! However, posting it on coupon or deal websites isn’t allowed and could result in disqualification from the referral program.

• How do I join the See + Share referral program?

  Just click the Get Your Link button to get started. After logging into your account, go to the See + Share Referral tab. From there, you can copy your unique link to share with friends and family.
